Download the Monster Fit App from the Play Store or scan the QR code on the packaging to download the app. The app is your smart companion on the journey of a healthy life. It is the control center for your Monster Smartwatch and helps you to register and create an account, Bluetooth pairing, set-up notifications, sync activity tracking data, and more. The app has an amazing feature of maintaining logs of your daily activities. The 3 stages of sleep pattern log gives you a better understanding of sleep related health issues.
In addition to this, it helps you to set-up various features and monitors the following activities:
1.Multi-Sport modes like outdoor and indoor running heart rate, step count, sleep pattern, calorie monitoring, and the multi-sport mode helps you to monitor data for indoor/outdoor
2.Health activities like heart rate monitoring, yoga along with elliptical workout monitoring, and breathing rate.

Monster Smart Watch
